Palaggi's Restaurant and Deli is a decent place to eat at. It's located on the South Side of Chicago, not to far from where the White Sox play, and that's what htey show on their menu.
I've had their pizza and their sandwiches. The pizza is better than average and they fix it up as you please. It's very difficult to screw up pizza.
I liked their Grilled Vegetable Sandwich adn their Char-grilled Chicken Sandwich. You can add ingredients such as mushrooms, smoked bacon, different cheeses, and other items and create your own burger as well.
They also have healthy veggie wraps as well as good selection of salads. The prices are very reasonable and the food is above average. They offer low carb fare and are very accomodating.
It's a place that won't disappoint you. I don't think it'll be your favorite, but it is something to keep in mind.
