Papa Phil's is a neighborhood Italian restaurant with an old-world charm, serving excellent (and I mean EXCELLENT) meatball sandwiches and seafood pasta dishes. The service is wonderful as it is a small establishment, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable.
