This place is every girl's dream...a great variety of hair, make-up, bath and other beauty products. It's just like Sephora, but there's also drugstore brands. I love getting my hair products here. Also, I bought the store brand's cosmetics and so far, it's great. I would say the quality is somewhere between the drugstore and department store brands. Prices are very reasonable and when you join the "Ulta Club" (free of charge), you can earn points every time you buy something and get coupons and gift certificates.
