I definitely love my hi-speed internet and cable, but Adelphia can be a real hassle. There's just no competition. Adelphia told me it would be more than 6 weeks before they could even turn on my services (until I threw a fit). Finally they send someone out - they had to send 3 groups of people (contractors) until they found one who was good. The final group was actually highly skilled and did a good job.
