Horrible customer service. Very rude ""supervisors"". When I left messages on the voicemail of the managers and supervisors, I never received a call back. I have a $0 balance with them and yet they are still rude and unwilling when I call. One supervisor told me I was lucky to have received even one notice in the mail about the account having gone into collections...so how are you supposed to resolve an issue if you don't even know it exists??
