Absolute worst bridal company to deal with. I ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses from the Nashville location back in April. I was told all my dresses would be in by August 10th. Well August rolled around and they never came in. So then I was told the warehouse closed for a month so everything was delayed a month and they would be here September 10th. Well September 10th rolled around and still no dresses! So I was told they are still delayed and won't be here till the 20th. Well I go to pick them up on the 20th and one is missing!! Even though they were all ordered together I was told the 5th one would be here today. Well surprise surprise it is not here!!!! My wedding is less than a month away and I still don't have all the dresses!!! The manager Diane was no help. The employees and managers will each tell you different stories just to get you off the phone. I have been lied to, given the run around, you name it. Worst part of all... They won't admit they screwed up. keep putting the blame on anything else. And to make matters worse they have done nothing to make up for the inconvenience. No discounts, no free alterations, absolutely nothing. \r

So brides BEWARE!! DO NOT SHOP AT THE BRIDAL WAREHOUSE IN GOODLETTSVILLE TN. There are a hundred other places you can get better service and not get lied to.
