I recently took my Toyota Sequoia into Ripleys as I wanted a second opinion as I had a grinding noise that sounded as if it was coming from the front end and the first mechanic shop charged me a ""diagnostic fee"" which kind bothered me but needed to find out what it was. The first shop told me it was my front wheel bearings and gave me an outrageous etsimate to repair but ""hey -we will apply back the diagnostic fee if you have us fix it within 30 days"". When I brought it into Ripley's, they didnt charge me to look at it and come to find out, the problem was in the rear axle not the front bearings. They gave me an estimate both on cost and time it would take. They beat both - the actual cost was less than the estimate and done earlier than expected. Great shop! Will contimue to use and highly reccommend.
