I had a relatively new HP laptop with a broken hinge and cover. Ebits was able to repair the damaged parts in a very timely fasion, and at a very reasonable cost (the repair/replace decision ended up being very clearly in favor of repair). Their staff, and in particular Jesper (who I believe is the owner) were excellent at listening to what I needed, and giving me precisely that, in a friendly and courteous manner. I then brought a second laptop to them for repair (again an HP), and had an equally good outcome. In this latter case, I indicated that I wanted to repair the functional defects, and that to save money, I could live with cosmetic defects. I got exactly what I wanted.\r
