Before bringing my babies to Kennelwood that day, I decided to look at reviews. As I was reading some I was a little put off by the comments because of horrible customer service. I was talking to my husband about it on the way there (I know a little late, HA!) and he said dont worry it may not be as bad as you think so I agreed! We got there and WOW not at all what I read! They greeted us at the door there were a lot of dogs being dropped off that day and they didnt seem frazzled in the least. They greeted everyone so warmly. My male actually got sick right as I was pulling in and I mentioned it and here comes a woman with a new roll of paper towels and clorox wipes. I couldn't believe that! We left and I said to my husband Wow that was not anything like the comments. He said something so true to me that if the person on the receiving end meaning the customer was mean and not friendly it rubs off on the business. So if you are nice and polite like we are then you will get what is given
