Being an RN, I think your clinic could solve most of this frustrating termoil for you and the patients by listing all the things you do treat and specify what the patient needs to bring with them and a list of the cost ranges. There seems to be frustration for the staff and patients because the clinic is obviously poorly organized and it's like the blind leading the blind. Hope this helps.
