I had memorably fantastic service here. I had been looking for a spool of DMC metallic thread that I could not find online or at any of the craft chain stores. I went in here on my last hope of finding it. The three ladies greeted me cheerily, and instantly went to work to find my thread. One went immediately into their stockroom, one searched online, and the other kept me entertained while I waited. Not only did they have what I needed (I ended up waiting only a couple minutes), I also learned that they have the largest selection of Mill Hill beads than any other needlepoint store! They also have adorable, original craft kits for the holidays. Diversions has been at this location for a long time, and I will be their customer until the day they close their doors. I experienced old-school customer service that is so rare now. The ladies are courteous, hilarious, know their stuff, have EVERYTHING you need, and you walk out the door feeling valued as a customer. Worth every penny.
