I have a very horrible experience with Diamond Cab of Baltimore. I had a flight at 3:50 pm from BWI, i called diamond cab at 2:05 pm for the cab to BWI. A girl named Sierra or kierra, answered my phone and said that my cab will arrive in 15 minutes. I called them again after 20 minutes when my cab didn't arrive then she added another 15 minutes and so on. Finally the cab arrived at 3:40 pm(after 1 hour 35 minutes)whereas my flight was at 3:50 pm. Each time i called them, they keep on transferring my call to each other and when they speak, they speak very unprofessional and very very rude.When i said my flight is very important, i have to catch my flight then she said- We will take responsibility if you miss your flight.\r
When the cab arrived, the driver asked me that he will give a cheaper price if he don't use his cab meter. I asked him to use his cab meter, then he gets mad and knowingly takes the wrong turn and wrong exit when his GPS clearly speaks take Exit 14 and he takes Exit 13 and makes a circle around there pretends like he never have been to an airport.I have to make him aware of each turns and exits.\r
Finally, i missed my flight. The next flight was after 5 hours and i had to be at my destination at 5 pm. I called Diamond Cab again for the responsibility that she were talking about earlier then she transferred me to her manager, i tried twice and her manager didn't receive my call. when i call her again she didn't answer my phone. I lost my precious time, money and my interview that i had to attend at my destination just because of this Diamond Cab Company.\r
I will never ever use this cab company again and suggest everyone who are reading this not to use this service. There are a lot of other cab companies that offer a good service not at least lie or speak rude to the Customers.
