the absolute worst experience ive ever had. they actually broke the light on my bike when repairing a puncture. they then flat out told me they hadn't broken it (its was a new bike and i seen the guy break it). so that's bad enough. then two weeks later the tires is flat again after i hadn't ridden it. and they refused to refund me. avoid this place like the plague. the staff are atrocious, they work is clueless. I mean they cant fix a flat tire and break my light - and charged me for it.
