95 of the experience was fine but when a problem comes up neither the employee at the desk and nor the manager cares about helping. One employee in particular was not only unhelpful but borderline rude and so was the manager. I was there five months and not once would the manager introduce himself, ask how things were, or even say acknowledge me in passing. I could only contact him through a clerk and I never got a response. One other complaint is that in the office there is a TV that is always on a politically partisan network that I find offensive and obnoxious. They need to try something more neutral. They seem to be trying to force their political views on their guests. The amenities, like the park and complimentary coupons are great and they keep the grounds and pool very clean and pleasant. Most of the other employees were mostly pleasant. It is hard to beat Scottsdale and the one price rent but don't expect anything but the minimum required of the employees and an uncaring management.
