After purchasing a living social coupon for $45 for the steam cleaning for up to 4 rooms, I was extremely disgusted on his professionalism. When he came into my apartment he immediately stated that its will be 129.00 to clean the carpet because I had pets. I told him i purchased a coupon and would simply like the deal because I was moving out anyways. He said that he couldn't do that because my carpet needed treatment. After I told him to forget it he said he would give me a discount and bring it down to 70 dollars. After that I knew it was a scam and I told him no. He got so mad he walked out and slammed my door. I am truly disgusted at this mans behavior. They use deal sites to scam customers into buying the deal just to charge more when he comes over to ""inspect"". He said every house if different and there are different prices to steam clean. Then why do you offer your services on a deal site?
