From the first phone call to Roto-Rooter to the thank you at the end of service everyone was wonderful. My hot water tank quit and dumped water all over my downstairs. So I called the plumbing service that helped me in the past. With-in one hour of the first call, Tim the plumber was at my house and 5 hours of work, he had taken out my old tank,got me a new one and I was good to go. This company is the best on Long Island.
