J & S Trash Service has been serving the residential Houston area since 1974 and over the years we have been both successful and realized areas that need improvement in our services provided. Some of these online reviews are concerning to read as a business that prides itself on customer service. Complaints are opportunities to improve and grow to meet and exceed our customers expectations. In evaluating our service and the concerns presented to us, we have new management in place as of late 2010 and have seen improvement in many areas. As well, we have purchased 2 additional collection trucks to meet heavy demand and as back up in the event a service truck has a mechanical failure. In updating our website and publishing our hours of operations for the management team, residents will not feel a lack of communication.
