American Home Shield sent them out to repair a clothes dryer and the ""tech"" refused to pull out the washer that was sitting next to it to service the dryer. He expected my 5 foot tall, 98 lb wife to do it for him.
Then when she tried to reschedule him for the next day after I could do it for him (took me less than 30 seconds when I got home), the person on the phone said that the washer needed to be pulled out BEFORE she would even set an appointment.
This review is also going to AHS who hopefully will NEVER use them again.
