Noi have been using gateway for years. Was very surprised to read bad manager /owner . I have always been taken care of very professionally and with care. Neil is there mostly all mornings. Staff is mostly nice. My French cuff shirts are done better than anywhere else. I have tried several others here and there but gateway is no contest the best. My daughter took in her wedding gown that was cleaned elsewhere but not satisfactory but gateway did a amazing job on it. I find the reviews about bad manager ridiculous and probably not legitimate.
