I went in because my charging port on my evo came loose and I can't charge my phone. I pay $7 a month for full phone insurance. 7 year customer on this account. First time ever having a mechanical problem with a phone. I figured they would not be able to fix this problem and I would have to fork over the $100 deductable to get a refurbished phone. When I came to pick-up the phone they told me it wasn't fixable. Then they told me the phone had water damage voiding my insurance cover. Complete BS. This phone has never had any exposure to any type of liquid. It works fine except for the charging point. They just made an excuse to void my insurance. Love Sprint's service, but I have heard about this happening to others as well. Reconsidering my contract. Pros: null Cons: null more
