as I stated when i picked up my vehicle this afternoon...the geico interface through the adjuster and then replacement adjuster and then supervisor was less than satisfactory...no call backs. I called 3-4 times and it was obvious that fell thru the loops. In addition, i had asked the adjuster if it was possible to touch up additional marks on the car when they had the paint mixed..he assured me it would be done...but obviously failed to relate request to fender mender.... bottom line: the quality of work seems fine.. the communication between Geico personnel and fender mender and me was sorely lacking. I was told the car would be ready on 2 different calls i initiated, only to discover that the office was closed on Saturday. more
