Super happy with my experience. There was initially confusion on the day I was scheduled (I thought Tues, they had Wed) but when I called to find out why they were late, the person I spoke to was very apologetic and was able to reschedule me for a good time 2 days later. They showed up promptly and worked quickly with an amazing job done on some dirty carpet from 3 kids, a dog and cat! Thanks.
