I purchased a set of tires here and have found their customer service to be just plain bad. If they're on the phone when you walk in, they won't acknowledge you. They'll just chat away, hang up the phone... turn their back on you, file some papers... it's like you're not even there. You wonder... did he even see me come in? They'll only make eye contact when they're good and ready. Then you'll find out "two men called in sick today" and the basic service you need can't be done until late today, tomorrow, etc... just plain unfriendly and inconvenient.
