Today i called Dorfner family medicine to make an appointment, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional, she ask why i wanted to leave my other dr, and his name i told her the reason, she then ask me if i have a secondary insurance i said no just medicare.She informed me that i wll still have to pay part of my bill there also. The issue is that my Dr is not registered with medicare and therefore does not accept medicare payment in full, which leave me with a large balance or the entire bill to pay, i think she just did not want me there because i spoke with an accent. I was truly offended, because they send the ad to my house inviting me to join, and thern to be treated like that.
