I had a very difficult problem with a fridge that I bought used. Apparently, it was making a ""gurgling"" noise that was unbearable. Darrell came to my home a total of 3 times before the problem was resolved but was very friendly and after he'd been there the second time he said he would contact the manufacturer to find out if this was a common problem on my model and see if they had any recommendations. He did this and called me to let me know that there was a kit to fix it and as soon as it came in, they'd give me a call. Finally, the kit came, and my fridge no longer gurgles! I paid $111 for the initial visit for labor charges and then an additional $50 or so for the kit when it came in.
The only complaint I have is that I was stood up once during the course of this whole ordeal. They claimed that it happens every so often due to some glitch in their computer system. I don't know if this is true or not, and I'd probably have been very upset had I taken off work like I read a lot of other reviewers complain about, but if it is a glitch, it sounds like one they really need to get fixed!
