These reviews are bogus. If you click on the reviewers' names, you'll see each person is listed as living in Seattle, WA, and Eric Krebs Auto Repair is the only place they've reviewed.
Isn't it a little odd that so many people are bringing their cars down to Goleta from Seattle for auto repair?
It's hard to find an honest mechanic these days. Plastering a website with fake reviews that you write yourself doesn't bode well for your honesty or integrity.
