Even though this is an ""out of network"" provider for my insurance, I go to North Austin Optical for the reliable and superior customer service. The owner is very experienced and knowledgeable. Particularly if you have a somewhat unusual prescription (as I do), you can be sure your eyeglass needs will be truly attended to here -- for me, that's worth the additional out-of-pocket expense!
