It was obvious to ME that somone from Gateway wrote another review in order to water my first review dow. I never said anything about a ""Back Lot""... didn't know they had one. EVERYHING I wrote in my first review is absolutely true. They ""Lost"" my son's car TWICE in one day. ( It was sitting in the front lot towards the end all day). That being said, I have been forced to use them on two occasions since my first time there and I must say that things have been very different. Good service (busy as hell) work done well and for now i will give them 3 stars. I will continue to go back and report as needed.
