Completely unprofessional. Rude. There is one technician who is amazing--Daniella. Everyone else is shady. Gina tricked me into paying the tax when none of the other technicians even mentioned it. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Couldn't get a manager on the phone for TWO MONTHS. In addition, they forced me to wait at least 15 minutes every time, but when I called once to tell them I'd be ten minutes late for my bikini laser session, they told me I couldn't come in. The session takes about five minutes, and there is so much prep involved the night before. Absolutely not worth the money. There are a ton of other laser centers. Do not go here.
