I purchased my wife a MOTHERS DAY package and asked the lady and everything if I needed to make an appointment and she replied nope you just bring in the certificate and they'll take care of her.. So the day before mothers day i decided to try and make an appointment so there would be no wait time. Well turns out the first lady just totally lied because first of all there NOT even open mothers day!!! and second i guess i was supposed to make the appointment the first time when the lady said it was unnecessary. Now the earliest they can get her in for this is a week later??>> and will not refund the certificate!! there are many REAL day spas open MOTHERS Day!! THIS IS VERY BAD BUSINESS. O To top that she hung up on me.
