I called Bill's Lockshop last Saturday when my 2.5 year old daughter locked herself in my room and was unable to get out. I tired everything to get the door unlocked, but was unsuccessful. They came within minutes and got her out quickly! Super friendly too! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
