loved the apt: great location, in-unit w/d (a plus), was affordable, spacious & clean. i rented from other management companies on campus, and had such a great experience with barr. never had any serious maintenance issues (just an overractive fire alarm), they were responsive, and had a very friendly/helpful office staff. great experience overall.
