I scheduled a cab to pick us up to go to dinner where I was to propose to my girlfriend. I actually received an email confirmation that said we would be picked up between 6:30-6:45. At 7:00 I called them, and they said that no one was coming to get us and that I shouldn't have received a confirmation email. Long story short, we missed our dinner reservation and all my plans fell to ruin because of their failure as a business. I will never, ever, use their service again, and beg anyone who needs to be somewhere at a specific time to consider finding any other way of getting there other than Yellow Cab
