from the beginning, the sales guy Joe at infinity was very helpful and reassuring that my antiques, glass vases and large paintings and boxes would get delivered to michigan without problem. i'm very happy with the price they charged me. it including all packing materials and labor. no surprises. i knew in advance exactly what the move cost.
at the last hour, i had to request a time change. i understand that normally they can not change around pick-up times but somehow they were able to accommodate my request and gave me the few extra hours that i needed.
three movers came to my place, right on time, were friendly and very fast but still took care to handle my furnishings properly.. i have 100 year old furniture and a sculpture that weighs over 300 pounds that definitely required movers with experience. Thanks to Isaac (Itzik) the foreman and the experienced movers, everything went without incident.
i'm very satisfied with this company and would recommend them to all my friends.
and a word of advice to anyone thinking to do their move by themselves: DON'T EVEN TRY. there is no way anyone could ever have coordinated my move from NYC to michigan on their own. after you rent a truck, pay for insurance, fuel, tolls, hotels etc you could not do it for even twice the cost of what Infinity charged me. not to mention the time you would waste, and the 5 friends you would lose after you convinced them to help you move.
save yourself a lot of headache and hassles, Call INFINITY Moving, great price and service.. it's worth it.
