I had a spa put in back in 1994. Before purchasing, the workings of the spa were thoroughly explained, and my wife and I looked forward to many happy times. Enjoyed the spa yearly. Whenever a problem arose, I could count on Justin's knowledge to solve it. Took water samples to him on a weekly basis and have not had any problems with water chemistry--after testing water, he tells me what is needed (if anything) and i put it in. Purchased an above ground pool from another company in 1997, but kept going back to Justin for chemicals and water tests. They are always friendly and seem to have the answer to any problems that crop up. I have been in the store when people come in with water problems, but find that they didn't do what Justin suggested and they still have problems. I tell them that I do what Justin suggests and I haven't had any problems.
