I've been going to Studio Donna on and off for years. My last appointment was for a haircut and the owner informed me when I went up to pay that next time they would have to charge me extra on my next appointment cause my haircut took longer. I've been getting the same haircut everytime why this should be any different. I was so taken back and disappointed in how rude the owner was. I have never been to any salon that has that policy. That being said I will never be back. We'll see if this gets posted.
