I recently had a very bad experience with the president of collex collision experts, Christopher Ross. My car had been taken to his shop for repairs and he asked that I turn over the insurance check to him prior to his repairing the car. He came to my house and picked up the check. The car ended up being totaled and he was suppose to return my check. He has since filed for bankruptcy and has possibly changed the name of the shop.
