The receptionist has a very bad attitude that I experienced on more than one occasion. I even saw the same attitude given towards another patient, so I know it was not just me. Horrible customer service is never a pleasant thing to endure but when you are not feeling well, it is even worse! On the other hand, the nurse and doctor were pretty good and helpful.
