Having problems with your A/C in the heat of summer sucks! Speedy Heating and Air is busy at that time of year I get it........but scheduled an appointment on a Friday and they said they would be here by Tuesday for sure but would try to fit us in on Monday. Tuesday came and by mid-day I had heard nothing so I called and asked. They said the work order was lost and they would be here by 8 that night........9:30 they show up.........with major attitude! They figured out the problem and started working on the unit outside........asked for the # to call the landlord, then went back outside to work.........then disappeared.........no ""we're finished"" no ""we'll be back tomorrow"" nothing. I called the number at 11:30 at night and was told it was fixed. Because I'm not the one paying the bill they couldn't be bothered to tell me that? Rude service person, I would never use them again!
