shithole. thought it was a dream at first great place to raise my kid. Always paid rent on time, always kept up yard... then... new mgmt took over. They treat the residents like sh!t. the gate never works the pool is green and i get harassing letters on my door threatening to evict me for unpaid rent BEFORE rent is even due. The repairs take forever and the office never returns my calls. They removed the neighborhood watch and all the programs for kids and residents and quit renewing leases with out telling anyone. This shithole was bought out and they are forcing people to put up with horrible conditions until their leases run out all the while smiling trying to sell poor fools shotty trailers. Ride through and ask a resident before you sign anything for these people. Used to be so nice....
