I was traveling on vacation with my family when my vehicle's transmission completely broke near Tulsa. We were a long way from home. I called Central Transmission and spoke to Glen. He arranged for a tow truck and had his staff check out our vehicle right away. I do most of my own work on my vehicles so I suspected the transmission would need to be rebuilt or replaced. Glen was upfront about the prices and time it would take. A rebuilt transmission was needed.\r

Glen had one of his staff drive me and my family to a rental car facility so we could return home while the repairs were made. I checked around the DFW area, and the price Glen quoted me was less than anywhere I checked. When I picked up my newly repaired vehicle, the price was the same that I had been quoted by Glen (no unexpected add-ons). It has been a couple months since Central Transmission fixed my vehicle and it is driving like new. \r

Central Transmission was courteous, professional, honest, and fair. We were stranded far from home and they could have taken advantage of that situation, but they treated us right. Needless to say, I recommend Central Transmission without hesitation. \r
