They may be good at rotating tires...balancing and switching tires for you (Who wouldn't be with those tools?)...but they are an absolute JOKE. While I was waiting for them to get my car in the bay I watched them work. They pretty much drove each car into the work bay as fast and hard as they could, screaching the tires and all. EVERY car, they were hard on the clutch, grinded the gears, etc..These werent even my cars and I felt so bad for the other customers...The next guy while I waited about 5 feet away I watched break a customers hub cap with his crow bar trying to pry it off....No problem right? You think they'd replace it....NOPE I literally saw him look around then just put the broken hub cap back on...I couldn't even believe it. When they do finally bring my car in they jacked it up so it could easily rock back and forth...and when I said something they said "oh thats normal" BS! Then they tried to tell me the reason I needed new brakes was because my brake fluid was completel
