In a time that feels long ago, I was a Tap Room regular. The bartenders still remember me and my favorite drink to this day. While many of the bars on the square have undergone changes to stay hip and new, Tap Room has remained consistent and true to its strengths: Warm Atmosphere, Friendly service, Well Poured Drinks, Great Food.
I'm definitely surprised that there aren't at least a hundred 5 star reviews for this place, especially since I know countless close friends that have literally called this place home for the last few years. I can't think of another place that truly treats its patrons like family. By far my favorite bar in Texas.
Pros: the bartenders, warm atmosphere, great burgers
