I drove from Tarpon Springs about 3 weeks ago and made a purchase. The items didn't work for my dog so I was told if they didn't that I needed to bring them back in 7 days. So the following Saturday I drove over there in the rain so I could get my money back.
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: They aren't interested in repeat business or referrals
