This Firestone is not a place to take your car. My sister took her car in due to overheating. They replaced the hoses. It drove fine for one day. We took it back, near closing time. They drove it and the needle spiked, the mechanic (owner) checked the temp. and said it was electrical and sent her on her way, the car is fine. 2 days later, the engine cremeated itself!. Firestone refused to refund or fix the car. Though one of the mechanics knew that they made the error. Now the car is non operative, and they don't care. We did not sign the second Cash out, which he tried to get us to sign after adding suggestions, that were not on the original and we refused. This is the second family member that has lost a car to this location. Go somewhere else ...if you want to keep your car.
