We purchased and had our flooring installed through Crown Carpets of Tigard. We had a truly wonderful experience replacing new tile in kitchen, family room and foyer, as well as new flooring in the bathrooms and new carpeting throughout the rest of our home. We worked extensively with Doug and his ""crew"". Doug took us through each step with this large purchase. He assisted us to make sure we received the best buy for our money rather than the most expensive. We were not rushed in any way. We were able to take home samples of all the types of flooring (carpet, tile, laminate, vinyl, etc) in which we were interested (in different colors/textures). We were encouraged to look at them all in different lighting (on/off, day/night, sunny/cloudy) as well as taking into account our usage (kids, grandkids, dogs, relaxed and more formal, easy clean-back to the kids and dogs...) which helped tremendously with our choices. Mike came out and measured the entire house, then Bob and the rest of the crew installed the flooring. All did a magnificent job and were absolutely professional. I recommend Crown Carpets as the best way to go if you need flooring of any kind!
