First, no one acknowledges all the trash in my front yard sitting for a trash company to pick up, which they don't and everything in the pile is very acceptable to be picked up. Secondly, no one answers the phone which concides with the service thus far. No one picks up the trash and no one picks up the phone. When service is this bad and the association does nothing to help out is community, it makes you wonder if someone's pocket is being serviced by keeping such a terrible trash company. I work with the HOA's and I know of many trash companies willing to do the job they are paid to do. Just email me back and we can start on a positive note to cure the problem that many OCV homeowners are having. NO ONE IS PICKING UP THE TRASH AND ARE STILL BEING PAID FOR IT.... MAKES YOU WONDER.
Pros: Haven't had service so there's nothing positive to say
Cons: Do what you're paid to do.
