Great service! I was relieved after some of the reviews I had read to have such a pleasant experience with this business. I don't know what these are people are talking about, but I thought the customer service was fine. I was very pleased to be helped by Derek, the actual owner of the business and the turnaround time on my tv being fixed was much faster than I had expected for such a small business. I would definitely recommend this company to others who have a problem with their tvs or other electronics!
