My husband and I are extremely picky foodies who hate large chains... this is hands down our favorite place in McKinney (unfortunately McKinney is very short on great eateries). I'd say this is tex mex with a little fresh island flair. Our favorite go-to dishes are the Tacos al Pastor (pork) and Chicken Los Cabos. We are able to split the 3 taco plate or the los cabos, and I'd consider us pretty big eaters. We occasionally add an extra side of rice or the chori-queso, if we are really hungry. Tex-mex check list: chips - good; salsas - excellent; margaritas and sangria - wonderful; food - consistently great!
