Barry was extremely helpful and friendly when I was trying to figure out the best way, including price and delivery, for a large awkward, but lightweight, box going to my niece. It was precious contents for her wedding. The price was 3X cheaper to sent UPS but someone needed to be home on a weekday to pick it up. He held the box one day and I was able to give him her work address by phone which he changed on the box. He wants to do what is best for you, the customer. I appreciate his cheerful willingness to help me figure this out as well as his patience!
